Harder Than it Looks

Harder Than it Looks

As you may well imagine, trying to write a a blog on a regular basis can be an effort. Writing a regular blog and keeping to sanding or sanding related topics is harder than it looks! This comes to my mind pretty much every time I sit down and try to write this blog of course, but this time it was presented in a different way.

I was reading a thread on a woodturning forum. The author was asking about buying a disk sander or building one for his lathe. Naturally, I shared a link to the Lathe Disk Sander build that we featured in this blog. (Part One, Part Two, Part Three) And that lead me to... "What on earth am I going to write about in the next blog?" The only answer I could come up with was an appeal to all of you! If two brains are better than one, then a couple thousand brains should be better still. (except in Washington, DC)

So the point of this particular blog is: "What would YOU like to read about?" We have done the aforementioned Lathe Disk Sander, a whole series on building a Downdraft Sanding/Storage Center, and a number of tips and tricks that I hope have been useful. If a bunch of you got in touch with ideas that you want to see, or tips you want to share, or subjects you want explained, it would help you, it would help others reading this, and it would certainly help me fill thse blogs with relevant information.

Come on, don't be shy, let's hear from you! Get in touch here on this blog by commenting, on our Facebookpage, via Twitter, or by emailing me at RW@2sand.com
