Tolecut Block Sheets are pre-scored into 8 individual segments, each sized to fit the Toleblock backing tool for localized spot finishing. When working on a small defect – a single dust nib, a localized run, or a small area of orange peel – using a single segment from the block sheet is more economical and precise than cutting a full sheet. Dry Lube technology eliminates the need for water, maintaining compatibility with waterborne and high-solid paint systems.
