2SAND’s 25 x 75 XA911 Aluminum Oxide Wide Sanding Belts are great for use on wood, hardwood, and metal. XA911 is an aluminum oxide semi-open coat, X weight cloth backed material that has harder abrasive grains for use on a variety of materials. To offer you the best value on 25” by 75” sanding belts, we sell our XA911 aluminum oxide wide sanding belts individually. These high quality, durable sanding belts are available in 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220, 240, 320, and 400 grits. 

These wide sanding belts are made to order. Therefore, please order carefully as we can NOT accept returns. Once you reach the order confirmation page, select UPS Ground because Priority Mail is NOT available on this 25 x 75 size abrasive belt. After ordering, order confirmations are sent immediately. Please check the email to ensure it displays the correct shipping address, quantity, and grit of the wide belt. Make sure you watch for your tracking number email after the sanding belt has shipped.

2SAND’s wide belts are made to order. Please allow 1-3 days to fabricate your sanding belt from our in-stock jumbo roll of abrasive cloth in the USA. Once the belt is fabricated, an additional 3 days is needed for the joint to fully cure which usually happens in the UPS track.
