2SAND’s 16 x 48 Wide Sanding is made from XA911 which is an aluminum oxide semi-open coat X weight cotton backed material. XA911’s harder abrasive grains make great abrasive belts for sanding on wood, especially hardwood, and metal. These belts can be used in dry applications and wet applications where the belt is not fully submerged. We offer these 16 x 48 sanding belts individually for the best value. 2SAND’s 16 x 48 Wide Sanding Belt XA911 is available in 24, 36, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220, 240, 320, and 400 grits. 

Please order carefully as these wide sanding belts are made to order and we can NOT accept returns on these sanding belts. When you reach the order confirmation page, please select UPS Ground as Priority Mail is not available. The order confirmations are sent immediately when you confirm your order. Once you receive that email, please check and confirm that it displays the correct shipping address, quantity, and grit of the wide belt. Then watch for the tracking number email after the sanding belt has shipped. 

Please allow 1-3 days to fabricate from the in-stock jumbo roll of abrasive cloth in the USA. The joint then needs 3 days to fully cure. This process can and does occur in the UPS truck.
