2SAND’s 6 x 48 Aluminum Oxide Sanding Belts have a premium abrasive made from tough, sharp aluminum oxide particles that make our sanding belts great for both wood and metal. The resin over resin bonding on these belts makes for a longer wearing cloth belt. The long-lasting cut with a consistent scratch pattern makes these belts perfect for painting, woodworking, metalworking, and plastics. Our sanding belts have a butt joint and can be run in either direction. These 6 x 48 sanding belts fit the JET JSG-6CS, Grizzly G1014Z, Delta 31-695, and other 6-inch by 48-inch belt sanders that easily and seamlessly install onto your drum sander. We offer specific grits and grit assortments. Individual grits come in packs of 10 belts and are available in 24, 36, 40, 50, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220, 240, 320, and 400 grits. Our assortment packs come with 9 sanding belts. The FINE assortment consists of (3) 120, (3) 150 & (3) 180 grit belts. The COARSE assortment consists of (3) 60, (3) 80 & (3) 100 grit belts.
