  • Open Coat for reduced clogging.
  • Great for sanding wood, especially soft wood.
  • Available in a variety of grits.
  • Wash for repeat use.
  • Sold individually for the best value in 17" by 54" sanding belt.
  • Fits the North State DW-16P Open-Type Wide Belt Sander (also model DW-16RP) and Powermatic 1632 Open End Wide Belt Sander (1791250, 1791251).
  • Wide Belts are always custom made, please allow 1-3 business days for creation.
  • Butt joints require 3 days to cure (usually in the UPS truck).
  • Because these belts are made to order we can NOT accept returns.
  • Choose UPS Ground for shipping on the order confirmation page. Priority Mail is not available for this belt.

    I have placed several orders the last few years with no problems. (60-80-100-120-150)
    Good quality,fair price,reasonable turn around times.
    Klingspore has a slightly better product but charges 50% more for a custom size
    This works well for my business

    The 17 x 54 belts I purchased (120, 180, 220 grits) are very high quality. They are washable (dilute Purple power and a scrub brush after a few minutes soaking) and last for a long time. I will buy more from 2Sand.com when I need more.
